Established in May 2004, the Directorate of Student Affairs plays a central role in enhancing the student experience by providing comprehensive support services and fostering active engagement across the University.
The Directorate is headed by the Director Student Affairs (DSA), supported by Deputy Directors of Student Affairs (DDSAs) and an Assistant Director. Campus offices of the DDSAs are located at the City Campus, Chellah Campus, and King Abdullah Campus, operating under the overall guidance of the DSA.
The Directorate is responsible for a wide range of student-related functions, including:

• Admission support and facilitation
• Student welfare and support services
• Student discipline and conduct
• Co-curricular and extracurricular activities
• Liaison between students, academic departments, and University administration
• Management of student transport services across campuses
• Organisation of academic and recreational student visits and study tours
