The meeting was chaired by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Nasir Jamal Khattak and focused on strengthening the standards of graduate research and enhancing academic procedures across the university.

The agenda was presented by Director Advanced Studies and Research Prof. Dr. Samina Sabar, followed by detailed deliberations by board members. Research scholars from various departments also presented their synopses for review and approval.
