The University of Azad Jammu & Kashmir (UAJK) held its 116th meeting of the Board of Advanced Studies and Research (BASR) on March 04, 2026, in the Committee Room at the King Abdullah Campus.

Chaired by the Vice Chancellor, the meeting centered on strengthening the quality of graduate research and refining academic processes across the university.

The agenda was presented by the Director of Advanced Studies and Research, followed by comprehensive deliberations by the board members. Research scholars from various departments presented their synopses for evaluation and approval.
