Day-2 Of Nopm At Uajk Focuses On Personal & Professional Development
The National Outreach Program for University Management (NOPM) at the University of Azad Jammu & Kashmir continued on January 20, 2026, in collaboration with the National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE), Higher Education Commission (HEC).
The Day-2 sessions focused on Personal and Professional Development, covering stress and time management, leadership and team building, problem-solving and decision-making, and ethical public governance. The discussions emphasized integrity, transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct in university administration.
Registrar, University of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Prof. Dr. Saadat Hanif Dar addressed the participants of the National Outreach Program for University Management (NOPM) and emphasized the value of continuous capacity-building for effective university administration.
He appreciated the resource person, Ms. Mariam Mustafa, for her contribution and active engagement with participants, and presented her with a souvenir. The Registrar also commended the participants for their interest and participation in the program.
